SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 working days of receipt.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders -arrive within 7-10 business days].

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In rare cases, it is possible that the pin code might be unserviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery and Shiprocket) for returns .In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be done once the pin code becomes serviceable again.
Return Policy:

We accept No returns and No exchanges on any of our products.

No returns are accepted for customized products, products ordered on discounts sales

We accept returns within 48hrs of delivery, only if the product is damaged or broken upon opening in transit, we require an opening package video of the product.

Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

After 48 hrs of delivery of the product, We cannot offer you a refund or exchange

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is no acceptance.

For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.

We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account.
Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

- Refunds will be made in the original payment method.

- Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any shipping costs.

- If the item is defective or was sent in error, we will also refund the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation :

If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:

The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped and should be cancelled within 8-10 hrs after ordering.

If the order has been paid for through a UPI or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.

However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side.

The ‘Made to Order’ and other Customized orders are in no way eligible for cancellation.
